IBKR Paper trading not working.

    IBKR Paper trading not working.

    Hello Ninja team,

    I have the license for IBKR for NT8, but when I am using IBKR Paper account connection, the trade is executed in the Sim101 account instead of the IBKR paper account in NT8.

    Can you please help to fix this issue?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the post.

    To trade your Interactive Brokers paper account you'll need to select it in the 'Account' drop-down menu just as you would with a live account.

    You'll also note that when you change the account the background color of the order entry window you are using will change, this is a visual identifier that allows you to quickly see if you are trading a live or simulated account.

    I have included a screenshot below that shows where to select your account using the Chart Trader:Please let us know if you have any further questions.

      I am able to select the IBKR paper account from the chart trader and it has resolved my issue.
