    multiple orders error

    I have a simple strategy built in Strategy builder that works off the momentum indicator. The strategy puts in 20-30 orders in a row creating huge losses. How do I fix this?

    What exactly are the conditions of the strategy that you created?

    Does this occur every time that the strategy submits an order or only under certain circumstances?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        Hello Richhhunter,

        Thank you for your reply.

        We've been responding to you about this issue via email. I had to forward the request to our Scripting Support team since it was specific to the strategy itself, and it looks like Chris from Scripting Support responded to you on March 3rd. I can see that he had a suggestion that he provided. If his suggestion does not rectify the issue, you can let him know in your response and continue to work with him via email since he has a copy of the strategy.
