I have been trying to download latest version 8.0.25.0 directly from help tab >download,,
I input my licence key and submit for direct download but it continues to process?

The file that is used to install NinjaTrader 8 is also the file that is used to upgrade NinjaTrader 8 if the platform is already installed.

Please click on the link below and then type your email address into the blank and click Download. If the web page gets stuck at the same place, try copying the link from below and pasting it into a different web browser and then try to Download the update again.

• Make sure NinjaTrader is Closed before running the updater/installer
• Click Next through the prompts until it is finished

The next time you open NinjaTrader, go to the Contol Center > Help > About, to verify that you have updated to the most recent version of NinjaTrader 8.0.25.0
