Chart Trader Grey In Properties Even With License

Hi,
I recently purchased a live license (upgraded from the free version) so I can place orders via the Chart Trader. I have uploaded the new key that was provided to me but I still cant click the tab as its greyed out in properties.

Any help is appreciated.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

The client was assisted as of March 2nd.

Since the issue was that they had incorrectly entered their free license key into the platform instead of their paid key, the resolution was not posted here. The solution included looking at their private information, which we do not post or reference in the forums.
