download historical data for stocks

Hi, I'm trying to download historical data for apple and others, but when i press download it doesn't start. I have a multibroker platform with a lifetime license.

Thanks for the post.

If the download does not start, then it sounds as though you are not connected to a provider that has the type of data you are trying to download for these symbols.

You would need to connect to a provider that supports tick/minute/day (depending on which type you're downloading) data before downloading it. I have included a link below to our Help Guide page which goes over the available providers in the platform and what kinds of data they support:
