Error when Importing a Backup File

Hi,

When I try to import a backup file, I receive this error: `Unhandled exception: The network name cannot be found (exception from Hresult: 0x80070043)`. I am using Ninjatrader 8.0.25.0 64-bit on parallels desktop (windows vm on mac). There was a similar post here: https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...work-error-nt8

When installing NinjaTrader on a Mac using Parallels, you will need to ensure that the following steps have been taken prior to the installation of NinjaTrader.

• Start Parallels and select your virtual machine
• Press the "Configure" button on the top
• Under "Options", select "Sharing"
• Uncheck "Share Mac" under "Share Mac User Folders with Windows"
• Press "OK" and start the virtual machine

Could it be the "Share Mac" setting is checked? If so, please shut down NinjaTrader and then uncheck the "Share Mac" setting. Start NinjaTrader and check if you can import backup files.
