Problems with Live data on new computer.

Hi,

I am trying to switch over to a new trading computer. I have everything set up the connection created and logged into. When I enable connection I get the green dot and can see ticks flashing in the chart trader but the chart and price is not moving at all on the chart. Any ideas of what I need to do to resolve?

Do you receive data on one PC but not on the other? If so, please ensure the instruments you are using are active and have not expired.

To perform a rollover, please follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.

Should you still not receive data after rolling over, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I can then best assist further.

So i rolled over the contracts which looked like it did need to be done it was on an older expiry. It it did start showing prices in the chart trader but not on the chart so I closed the chart and opened a new one and it was working. Not sure why I had to open a new chart but I have noticed that happen occasionally with playback data as well.

So problem solved thank you for your help.
