Sim Accounts PnL values

I've setup few sim accounts to test various strategies. These account used to show the current realized PnL and UnrealizedPnL . However, it suddenly stopped displaying those values as shown below. I do see current positions under positions tab. Any idea?

Thanks for your post.

Sim account daily PnL values will reset at 4:15pm EST, but I would still expect to UnRealized PnL if you have positions open in the Positions tab (and those positions are held at a different price than their entry.)

Could you share new screenshots of the Accounts tab, as well as the Positions tab so they are current?

Could you also clarify which version of NinjaTrader 8 you are on? (Control Center > Help > About) If you are not on Release 25, please update the platform following the link below.

Emailing Log and Trace files

Please follow the steps below to email us your log and trace files:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks. Looks like it is now showing up now (after 9 AM?). I will keep monitoring and if i have issue I will send the details
