When trying to open NT8, I received this error : "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." "Enter an alternative folder containing the installation package". NT8 does not open at all so I cannot access the control panel. Any suggestions on why this problem appeared and how to fix it?

Thank you for your inquiry.
What it sounds like is that NinjaTrader was installed on a network drive that it can no longer access.
Did you recently change anything about your PC, such as disabling OneDrive, removing a thumb drive or hard drive, or anything of that nature?
Do you use NinjaTrader on a Mac via Parallels or any other virtualization software?
Does the issue persist if you repair the installation from the Windows Control Panel? To do this;- In the search box on the Windows taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.
- Select Programs > Programs and Features.
- Locate NinjaTrader 8 on the list, right-click on it and select Repair, or if that’s not available, select Change. Then follow the directions on the screen.

After completing the steps above, please attempt to launch NinjaTrader 8.

I do not use Ninjatrader on a Mac or any other virtualization software. I redownloaded the NinjaTrader.Install.msi file and followed the steps above. The repair and change option appeared however, the "change" option was dimmed as if it did not allowed me to click it. I went ahead and tried the repair and it still did not work.
Just recently, my OneDrive storage passed its storage capacity which caused an error with syncing my files. I purchased more storage and all my files have been synced again but the problem with NinjaTrader not opening still persists.

It may be best if we proceed via email so that I can take a look at your diagnostic files, and see if I can determine what's wrong from the information available within those files. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Thank you for your reply.
My apologies, that set of instructions would not work. Go ahead and send an email to platformsupport(at)ninjatrader(dot)com, and manually attach your log and trace files using the steps below;- On your PC, open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' folder and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Right-click on the 'trace' folder and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email and make sure to include 3498119 ATTN Zachary in either the title line or body of the email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
