downloading NT8 upgrade

Iam trying to download NT8 upgrade onto windows 10 but get this error message from windows installer:
“This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it , or contact the application vendor to verify this a valid Windows Installer package”
Any thoughts on how to get the upgrade installed.

Please ensure that all available updates for your PC are installed from the Windows Settings > Update and Security page. Be sure to close NinjaTrader and restart your computer after any updates are installed. Please also double-check that your computer meets all of the Minimum System Requirements for NinjaTrader 8 as well.

Once that is complete, I recommend installing from a new installation file which you may download from our website here: Direct Download

Please let me know if you remain unable to install the platform after following the above steps.
