Connection Configuration Lost/Cannot Connect

Good morning,
When I started NT8, it failed to connect this morning. I also got a warning on startup about a third-party add-in from XABCDtrading.com that I have been using for several weeks asking me to verify that it is authorized (I confirmed it).
When I went to Connections, my live connection entry was missing from the list. I backup daily, and I attempted to recover from three separate backup files; all returned the error "Restore Backup Archive Error". I then created a new live connection to NinjaTrader Continuum using the documentation that I have on file. When I attempted to connect, I got "Invalid User Name or Password"

Please assist.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
