PnL stated in CAD vs USD?

Hi all. (This event was in an IBKR simulated account).

11 ticks profit in ES (2 contracts) resulted in $275 USD profit, at IBKR, which is correct.

In Control Center, NT displays $337.90. I'm assuming this is because NT is converting the USD to CAD.

What "control" or options do I have about this? How is the conversion rate established? I suppose my "account"'s base currency is CAD (I am in Canada).

Is it an option that I can change?

Thank you for your note.

You may control the denomination of the account in NinjaTrader by right-clicking on the account in the Accounts Tab of the Control Center and adjusting the 'Denomination'.

However it is only recommended to set this to the same denomination the account is funded in as setting this to any other could result in unexpected account reporting.
