NT8 ES March future data missing?

    NT8 ES March future data missing?

    Hi, I am new on NT, using NT8. I connected to Interactive Broker. I upload ES 03-22 data to chart, but i see gap down on begining of 14 feb. what i am missing?

    Hello Murphy67,

    Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if the missing data is loaded.

    If not, please tell me what TWS or Gateway version you have installed.

      After i reload that part is fixed, but now different time is missing.Look at pictures 6:05 time jumping to 7:55 bar...now 7:55 is building. actually each time i reload history, different part is missing...
      i use 681.3j tws

        Please note that the required TWS version is 981.3i with NinjaTrader. Can you please download and install TWS 981.3i from the Interactive Brokers connection guide below and check if the issue persists. You can find it under 'Requirements'.

          Hi Jason, I downloaded 981.3i and uninstall NT8 and download again. restart computer. now 6.05 bar jump to 8:55 bar on 5 minute.
          *by the way, although uninstall nt8 and download again, my chart template names same as previous nt8 templates. any way problem continue.

            each time i reload historical data, bar starting from different time. now 6:55 jump to 9:20 bar !!!

              When you uninstall NinjaTrader from Windows, it does not delete the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 folder which contains all settings and data.


              Can you please proceed as per the steps below.

              Shut down NinjaTrader and navigate to the following folder.

              Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db folder.

              Delete the "cache" folder that is within the "db" folder.

              The db-->cache folder is used to quickly load data in charts, so the first time you load chart data after deleting the db-->cache folder, it will take a little longer to load than usual. Once all data is loaded, it will load data as before.

              Start NinjaTrader and check if all requested data is loaded. If not initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
