Failed to process 'EventuallyConnected":"One or more errors occurred"

I'm getting this message in the long when I launch NT or disconnect and reconnect continuum.

Failed to process 'EventuallyConnected":"One or more errors occurred"

Only the simulation account connects, the real money account doesn't show up.

No historical chart data will load.

I went in and reenabled market data just to make sure that wasn't the problem.

Please use the following steps to sent your Log, Trace, and Database files to the Platform Support team directly so that we may provide you with further information and steps:

• Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
• Enter your email
• Enter the Subject as "Clayton ATTN 3488152"
• Expand the "Other files" section
• Check the following boxes:

• Log and Trace files
• Database file

• Send the message
