NT8 Volumetric is faulty? i need help or should i use a different product?

I cannot read the orderflow on NT8 the text are completely hidden like i have to pull my x-y axis to the point where its unreadable just to see the imbalance text of the highest point on the bar. This is un acceptable and the development team need to address this issue. or is my setting wrong? I left a screen of the issue if someone can help me i would really appreciated it .

Great question! I am just now starting to look into volumetric as of end of last week and was wondering the same thing. I have to make the chart full screen on my 28" monitor. I hope the answer isn't to buy a bigger monitor.

However, with a 15 min chart the bars can be so tall that I don't see how the text can be much bigger. Smaller timeframes as bad. I have been widening the bars to get just a couple on the screen in higher timeframe.

I'm curious how other products compare. I'll have to research that now.

I'm looking forward to NT's answers and product direction.

, the only way to fix this atm is unchecking inbalance in the data series, doesnt matter what timeframe or tick value u put it at, unless im wrong... the developer did a terrible job at this and I would like Ninjatrader Rep to answer this question too.

        Hello spartancomptek and StevenL,

Can you please provide me a screenshot of the Order Flow Volumetric bar settings so I can test it on my end.

What NinjaTrader 8 version do you have installed (8.0.xx.x). You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.

            Hello spartancomptek,

            Thank you for the update.

Although, we still need the settings in place for the very top of the Data Series window to accurately replicate your chart. Please provide us with the last screenshot of the very top of the Data Series window so we may ensure we are testing our chart with the exact same settings you have.

                Hello Spartancomptek,

                Thank you for the update.

After testing these settings on my computer, I was getting very similar results to what you have shown and described so far.

I am taking this information and submitting it to the Development Team so they may look into the behavior further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
