    TickQ Index (NJ8 VS TradingView)

    Hi, I would like to know why your TickQ index (in same timeframe) aren't the same on TradingView ? Do I need to change something in the setting ? The difference are hudge !

    Hello Fatras,

    Can you please tell me to what broker/data feed you connect in the NinjaTrader platform.

    How are prices reported in NinjaTrader and in TradingView?

    When I test Kinetick in NinjaTrader on my end and create a 1 Minute chart, I load data as per the attached screenshot.

        Can you please tell me to what broker/data feed you connect in NinjaTrader. It seems the broker/data feed provides TICKQ data in a different format.

        Try the following.
        • Disconnect your broker/data feed connection.
        • Connect to the free Kinetick EOD connection.
        • Create a daily chart for the ^TICKQ.
        Compare it with a daily chart in TradingView and check if data is similar.

            Can you tell me what data provider you connect to within NinjaTrader so I may look into this further.

              okay so I'm not sure what are you talking about data provider(So sorry) but it is this ?

                The data displayed is going to based on the data provided by the data providers servers you are connected to within NinjaTrader and unfortunately there is not a setting to change the values to match another data source if data.

                    Are you able to connect to your live account successfully? If so then correct your connection is configured correctly and is nothing you did wrong within the platform.
