I have funded my account with Ninja trader brokerage and am trying to connect to my Ninjatrader8 software. I am using the connections menu, configure, add Ninja trader, then put in my user ID and password but when I try to connect i get "invalid user ID or password". I know the user ID and password are good as I can log into the client portal on the web. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, I have restarted Ninjatrader, deleted the connection, readded it but nothing seems to work.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate why you can't connect.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
