some historical data available with renko bars are not available with minute bars

Hello
when using timeframe 15 min. some yesterday historical ES data are missing, while they are available with other bar types, for ex. wicked renko,
as shown at the video at this link :

Is this due to some wrong setting of my platform?
Please can you let me know how to fix this?

Thank you very much for your post.

Could you please right-click the minute-chart and "Reload all historical data"?

Looking at the video, I suspect that some of your historical minute data could not be downloaded or has become corrupt, reloading it should restore this.

Please let me know, should this not resolve the gap!

Thank you for your reply.
I did "reload all historical data", but it did not work.
However, I have rebooted the PC and the platform and now also minute data are correctly dispalyed on the chart.
So the issue seems to be solved.
