    Cannot place trades on my Td Ameritrade account

    Hello, I am not being able to place trades even though I'm connected with my TD Ameritrade Account. Why is that? It says the action is not supported by my account.

    Hello Dan_B,

    Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I can investigate.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: Att Jason, 3463157.
