FX Pip size

I am thinking to adding forex charts to my futures charts. I downloaded a FX Demo and the pip size is 1 dollar a pip as opposed to say 10 dollars a pip for oil futures. This seems quite low is there anything I need to know to increase the pip size? Or is that the nature of the beast? Thanks.

Thank you for your note.

NinjaTrader 8 be default quotes Forex currency pairs in 10th pips and 1 10th pip would equal 1 tick.
