The price of crude oil is stuck and wont update unless I click "Reload Historical Data".

Thank you for your message.
If your chart is only updating after Reloading Historical Data, and you confirm that you do not see live price movement for this instrument in a SuperDOM or Market Analyzer window as well, it indicates that your account is not enabled for live data for this instrument and is only receiving the historical data for it from the servers.
You will want to reach out to your broker directly to enable your account for this data. If you are connected to the NinjaTrader Brokerage (NinjaTrader Continuum), you may reach out to [email protected] to enable MCL for live data on your account.
