    Computer updated and my NinjaTrader reset

    So I did an update on my computer which for some reason has made my NinjaTrader reset. I have a lifetime license yet it only shows as a simulated account. My live account that I have registered also no longer shows. The issue is, I can't find my license key anywhere on my emails or on my NinjaTrader portal. Please could you help me resolve this as I wanted to trade today but I can not at the moment. Thanks in advance

    You can do this through the platform by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.
