wrong OHLC info in DataBox, on Chart, on right Axis

Hi,

I am trading futures from the chart and base my trades from OHLC of candlesticks that apear on chart.

I also attach drawing objects to the H, L, O or C of specific bars and use it to calculate targets and stop loss.

Now, bars OHLC info in DataBox is different from price on right axis and what appears on chart or when I snap drawing objects to a bar.

Can't trade when chart data is not reliable.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Sorry I'm not quite sure if I understand the issue you report. Are you able to post a screenshot that shows the issue?

The Data Box shows the OHLC values of the price bar where you mouse cursor is located. If your mouse cursor is not on a price bar, it shows the OHLC values of the price bar vertically above or below your mouse cursor.

Hi Jason.

it seems like the Data Box is showing wrong OHLC price for bars (ES future) on chart.

Then when I zoom in on a bar I get correct OHLC numbers in Data Box.

Any idea what is wrong ?

I can't reproduce this on my end. Are you able to reproduce this consistently? If you create a brand new chart without any template or indicators, does the issue persist?
