Data missing on CL 03-22

Hi
If i Open a CL 03-22 chart then the 25 January has gone missing up until 07.30 am CET this morning so all the nighttime between the 25.01 and the 26.01 is also gone.
Yesterday the data was gone in the morning from 05.30 - 09.30 CET. I am using Rithmic as the data provider.

Please help as I cannot trader without data.

Hello SuneSorgenfrei,

Can you please right click in the CL 03-22 chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. If the missing data is not loaded, please restart NinjaTrader. If not loaded initially, please right click again in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

If the issue remains, please tell me what interval (Tick, Minute, Renko, etc) is selected in the chart.

After an restart and reload the data seems to be ok. Any idea why this problem can arise in the first place ?

I'm not sure what caused the issue on your end. Did you perhaps experience a connection loss for the periods in question?

Hello BobyGill,

Did you restart the NinjaTrader platform itself? If not, please do so and check if the missing data is loaded. If not initially, please right click in the chart and select "Reload All Historical Data" again.

Does it make a difference if you reboot your computer?
