RUT chart loading but nothing shows up

Hello Support,

I manage to show chart of ^SPX and ^NDX, but when I select ^RUT, it say loading but nothing shows up.
What could be the issue? How can I resolve this?
I am running NT8, my data-feed is Continuum.

Thank you for your post.

The Continuum data feed can provide data for certain indexes, such as ^SPX and ^NDX. The Russell 2000 Index, ^RUT, is not currently available from Continuum. This is why you are not able to view data for ^RUT within NinjaTrader.
