Trying to turn on automated strategy

I’m going into the chart to start my automated strategy but it only allows the strategy to work on my sim account how can I make it work on my live account?

Hello gvaughn,

To see and select your live account in the NinjaTrader platform, please follow the steps below.

• Make sure your live license key is entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key.
• Connect to your live account at Control Center-->Connections.
• Uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode' at Control Center-->Tools.

You should now be able to select your live account when running automated strategies.

When I pull up my chart to trade off if I am not getting live updated data can anyone help with this?
