Login - not working after computer bios updated and cd key re-installed

After i updated my computer bios, and re-inserted my cd licensey, my ninja trader contiuunum(live account) login stopped working.
Im getting wrong user name or password even though im typing my correct login credentials.

Any suggestion how to fix this issue ?

Glad to assist. This usually indicates there is an issue with the account setup. You can use the steps below to verify the connection.

First, ensure your live key is entered via Help > License key.

Please go to Connections > Configure.

Select the connection you created via Configured in the lower left. Once selected, the settings will show to the right.

Under the right Properties, verify that "NinjaTrader Continuum" is selected. If not, recreate the connection with this selected from the Available menu.

• For the Live account, make sure the "Demo" box is Not selected when entering the log in details. You will still be able to access the Sim101 account to submit demo/simulation orders.
