I can set the number of bars loading on a daily chart no problem. But when I try to load 1000 bars on a 4hr chart it's only loading 150. How can I fix this or what am I doing wrong.

Glad to assist. Chart data can be requested by day, so this may indicate a limit in data availability.
Additional chart data can be requested via right click > Data Series > Increase the value for Days to Load. If you see the same, can you please follow up on the data feed and chart in use?
