Thank you for your post. Glad to assist. Testing on my end, all required connections are working as expected. This may indicate a temporary connectivity issue.

The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

When login issues are discovered after hours, like, at
8:26pm on a Friday night -- that advice is a bit silly.

The better recommendation is: wait a few hours.

Almost guaranteed, login issues after hours are almost
always related to some kind of server maintenance.

Just have patience, and try again later.

The problem is: server maintenance schedules are usually
never made public. Not even NT Support seems to know if
it's due to their own licence/historical servers, or due to
Rithmic or CQG authentication servers, or IB's servers,
or whatever. It seems that server maintenance is just a
black box -- the only thing we (the public) can really know
for sure is that all non-public scheduled maintenance will
obviously take place during non-market hours.

That's why it's better to just wait.
