VS Message for first time Loading of NT 8

I'm trying to debug NT 8 and when I select NinjaTrader.Custom.csproj for Visual Studio I get "Project Target Framework Not Installed".

It's giving me options but I'm not sure which one to select.

Thanks for your post.

As of NinjaTrader version 8.0.23.0, NinjaTrader uses the .NET 4.8 framework. You would need to install .NET 4.8 to resolve this message.

I tried to download .NET Framework 4.8 but it said it was already installed. I don't understand.

If you already have .NET Framework 4.8, please follow the steps in the Visual Studio Debugging help guide linked in post #2 to set up debugging with Visual Studio. I am also linking the help guide below.

If you see the same error message appear that was mentioned in your initial inquiry, select the second option to download the targeting pack for .NET 4.8.

Forcing a re-install of .NET Framework 4.8 worked.
Don't know why... but its working....

We do not have a current estimated time for when NinjaTrader will support the .NET 6.0 Framework. When .NET 6.0 is supported, you will find that information in the Release Notes section of the help guide.
