Attach SL and TP on an active entry

Hi,

Once a limit entry has been made, is there a way to add manually and attach a SL and TP without coding ?
I understand the ATM and OCO orders in general but i'm trying to find out if it's possible to do it once the entry is made.

Hello nikorrriko,

Thank you for the message.

Once you have placed a Limit Order there is no way to convert that order into being part of an OCO group or attach an ATM Strategy to the order until it has been filled and is in a Position:

• You would have to Cancel the Limit order then turn on OCO order placement and place your two orders as a Pair, and then turn Off OCO order placement.
• Or, Cancel the order, select your ATM Strategy, and then place the Limit order again with the ATM Strategy attached

Otherwise, once an order fills and is in a Position, you can go to the Control Center > Positions tab > Right-click on the Position > Apply ATM Strategy > Select your desired ATM Strategy and it will place the defined targets.
