    Hello kaywai,

    Can you please tell me if you experience the error consistently each time you disconnect your Interactive Brokers connection in the NinjaTrader platform.

    Do you use TWS or Gateway and what version do you have installed?

      Hi Jason,

      I only got this message once. After I closed and reopened NT8, it was fine.

      I use TWS 981.3g.

            Yes, you can download and install TWS 981.3h from the Interactive Brokers connection guide at the link below. You can find it under 'Requirements'.
