/VX Future Data Not Accurate

Hello, when looking at the VX chart I notice that it is completely skewed to what the /VX data actually was, attached is a picture from an accurate source of data and the other attached photo is one of ninjatrader, is it because it is not correctly using past contracts data and how can i fix this to where it show historically accurate data from /VX?

Also I purchased the market data for /VX if that makes a difference but I saw no change?

You can alter the merge policy NinjaTrader uses by going to Tools>Options>Market data and adjusting the merge policy option. Below is further information on each:

You'll need to right click the chart and 'reload historical data' after doing so.

However, keep in mind it may still differ from other platforms and data providers as each may use a slightly different merge policy.
