Users can only replay data that is shown in the available data window. Do you have the data downloaded or recorded for replay?

You can right-click on the Playback Control window and select available data to see what data is available for replay.

Are you using the correct contract month?

Could you please send an image of your chart, playback control window and the available data window, with the dates and times you are attempting to replay expanded?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
