Run Strategy on a live account

I have an automated strategy and I want to run it on a real account, but when I try to run it, it only trades on the Sim account. The Global Simulation Mode is unchecked and the selected account is the live account.

Doing manual trades works on the live account, but not the trades of the automated strategy. Is there something additional to be done for the automated strategy?

Can you provide a screenshot of the strategy settings you have for the strategy instance enabled on your live account?

My mistake, I was still pointing to SIM in the strategy settings.

Another question, o n SIM I can see the lines of the Orders (Buy or Limit) on the chart, but not on LIVE. I have chart trader activated.

How can this be fixed?

Hello,
I suspect you have the sim account selected in chart trader. You will need to open chart trader fully and switch to your live account to see your live orders on the chart.
