Draw box - Extend right option

Hi All,

Before I go re-invent the wheel (again!), just wanted to ask if anyone knows of a drawing tool to draw a standard rectangle (manually), but that has an 'extend right' option. So that it'll extend right as new bars come in, up to the current bar. I want it for drawing zones on my charts.

Thank you for your note.

You could try using Region Highlight Y drawings - this will extend to both the left and right edges of the chart, however.

I'm not seeing anything available on our publicly available User App Share that appears to do this, unfortunately. Something may be available through a third party provider, but I can't make any specific recommendations on that. I'll leave this thread open in case one of our users has a suggestion or a script they can provide you with that would do this.

Have you tried using Fibonacci retracements ? Take out all the price levels ,except 0.00% & 100.00% Click on "extend lines right" Only thing it won't do is give you a fill in the zone, but at least you have 2 parallel lines extending right
