Issues with ^ADD index and TWS

I recently migrated from NT7 to NT8 and when I load the ^ADD index (NYSE advancing issues - declining issues) in NT8 (connecting with TWS latest), the ^ADD index is the opposite of what it should be. Namely, if ^ADD is +1400, NT8 displays it at -1400.

Please advise.

Is there an update on this? It's been over 6 months and I still have the wrong data. I can't believe it's taking this long. You literally have to flip the positive and negative signs.
