Error: Your session is about to close. (Panic)

Hi!

Yesterday while running my strategies on Demo account I've got an error "Your session is about to close. (Panic)".
The Ninjatrader application running on a server, so it should not be related to any internet issues.
My questions are:
1. Why dose it happen? how to avoid it?
2. In case of any error, is there a way to send a notification somehow by email? (generally speaking, any suggestion for monitoring?)
3. All trades that executes until the error was earased, Realezied profit became 0, Strategy Performance also shows nothing. only the account balance showing the numbers as epxected. Is that the expected results? how can I track my performance if any connection issue cause such behavior?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
