Error on requesting bars series: "One or more errors occured"

Hello,

I have the following error that pops up:

when I try to load a chart.

This only happens if the tick replay option is Enabled:

If I do not tick the opton the chart loads okay.

I'm uisng the following connection and adapter:

The reason that I want to use Tick Replay is because I want to use a third-party indicator built for NT 8. But it will only work with Tick Replay enabled.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? And is it due to the Adapter that i use?

Thank you for your inquiry.

The ByBit connection is a third party add-on for NinjaTrader. For assistance with this issue, you must contact ByBit directly. It may be that Tick Replay is not supported with this connection.
