Account in euro

Hi

Just now I have opened a live account in euros but the platform show to me dollars, Can you help to to modify this to euros?

Thank you for your inquiry.

It's possible to change the account's currency denomination from within the platform with the steps below;

• Go to Control Center > Accounts
• Right-click on the account you'd like to change
• Select 'Edit Account'
• Change the 'Denomination' property from USD to Euro
• Select OK
• Disconnect and reconnect from your connection

thanks for your response.

I already did that and the symbol of currency is € but the amount no change and show dollars quantity. I read something about that by default in hard code ninjatrader put dollars but I have created this account to operate in eurex and I did the bank transfer in euros to work without currency comissions. Could you help me?

Thank you for your reply.

With the information that is displayed on the Accounts tab, NinjaTrader acts like a radio receiver and simply displays the information that is transmitted to it by the broker. The actual value that is displayed is transmitted into the platform by your brokerage connection, so we wouldn't have any control over what value is displayed nor are we able to do currency conversions on these values within the 'Accounts' tab.
