Playback not forming bars correctly

I have NT8 version 8.0.25.0

When I use playback and press play the bars do not form correctly. It forms VERY large bars.

All the other bars that load on the chart are formed correctly up to the point where they are loaded.

I am using Tick charts.

I am loading data from 11/1/21 to 11/5/21 so five days total.
I am choosing MES 03-22 as my data (I wanted to choose MES 12/21 as my data but there's no option for that)

How do I fix this?

Also, I am using the Market Replay option, not Historical

I fixed it.

I had to go to my sim account and search for MES 12-21 and select it so that it could show up on the list of available market data for replay. It is now pinned so I can choose it.

Now I can pick MES 12-21 and it plays the bars correctly.

Thank you for your reply.

When downloading data, if a specific contract does not appear in the instrument list, you can simply type it in the Instrument Selector like "MES 12-21" to access it. You can do the same in the instrument selector for a chart window if you don't see the contract you want.

So that I may best reproduce, what interval of tick charts are you using? For example, 150 tick.
