Add Crypto to Instruments

Hello everyone. I'm new to using NT, and I have searched the forums exhaustively for help, but wasn't able to find any help that worked.

Currently, I have coinbase connected to NT8 and have had no problem using live feed data and charts with the crypto symbols that are loaded into NT8 by default, but after adding ATMUSD to the instrument list (which was NOT an easy task btw since there is no clear, useful or definitive guide. Just bits and piece scattered across the forum) I can't get a chart to load correctly after I tried the following:
-restarted NT8
-tried several different coinbase symbol maps
-tried changing the tick size

Alas was still unable to correct this error. I am running the latest version x64 of NT8.

With the coinbase feed there are currently a small number of symbols that can be added, the ones in the platform by default are the ones which are tracked. In some cases you can add other symbols however there will unlikely be data for that symbol, most symbols will generate an error that it cannot be added.

If you can add the symbol you may be able to toggle the option is the coinbase connection settings to not use NinjaTrader historical data servers for those symbols however that will also increase the chart load times.
