Old data downloaded but dont know how to make it work

Hi. Like title says.. i have the old data downloaded on my replay folder of NT8. I tried to go back with the market replay and open the chart that fits with the data date (e.g if i want to go on June 6th 2021 i opened ES 06-21) but its not working. Maybe it happened to anybody else before for sure but i cannot find it with the search bar. Hope that somebody can help me. Thanks and regards.

I suspect that your log files will provide the information needed to determine why this is not loading properly.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3415907" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
