How to add an Option to the Instruments?

I have an option in my IB account that was purchased via the IB portal.

NT8 Position Tab recognized that the instrument is in the account, and correctly lists:

Instrument, Account Name, Side, Quantity, Avg. Price

It does not list PnL, and in the Log there is an error message upon connection:

"IB was unable to locate instrument. Please verify your symbol mapping is correct for instrument xxxxxxx

How do I add the option to IB's Intruments?

Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post. In your response, please also include 'ATTN Justin' in the subject line so it arrives in my inbox.

Follow the steps below as well to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
