First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker's trade desk to manage your positions/orders.
To clarify are running the fix it utility when attempting to install NinjaTrader again are you receiving the same or different error? If you are receiving a different error can you please attach a screenshot of the new error being generated.Christopher J.NinjaTrader Customer Service

I tried to do the Windows Troubleshooter. I clicked on NT8 as it found the program. I ran the check fix. The fix was to uninstall NT8.
I tried to download NT8 8.0.25. Would not install. Same error in previous screenshots. Missing file. I tried to download NT8 8.0.24.
I got the same error as POST 12-28-2021, 07:31 PM.
Right now I cannot use program and connect to my AMP account or my NT account. Cannot someone call me. Log on and fix this.
I am not a complete idiot. If I could fix this I would. My number is 501-944-3976

Emily from NinjaTrader contacted me yesterday. She did some checks but said she could do no more and I needed to see a computer specialist.
I had system analyst look at it. NinjaTrader was stopping the install because it could not find the SKINS folder and specifically the SuperDom.xaml file
in the folder: C:\Users\Trader\Documents\NinjaTrader 8.2\templates\Skins\Light. We spent about an hour trying to research why. Finally, we went to Windows: Settings and disabled Windows Defender. The install completed no problem.
I am publishing this because I spent $50 for the computer specialist help, when it was a simple issue with turning off Windows Defender. Apparently,
Emily, according to her NT training, says she could not do that. I find that a bit disturbing, when I have spent almost a month to get this issue resolved
so I could trade. I have some computer knowledge; however, I do not have intimate knowledge of NT software or Windows software.
I am a bit disappointed in the level of service by NT. In the past, I have requested a remote login from a NT rep and the issue quickly resolved and
I am on my way. I have invested money and time in NT and this makes me start to think that I may need another trading platform.
I hope that the level of service improves.
