the history data time is wrong

i using trading hours is 'CME US index Futures RTH', in 15min char is start at 8:45 and end in 16:00.
i think this error is because Winter time. i check after 8/11/2021 is start at 9:45 and end in 17:00. this trading time is True
how can i fix the time before 8/11/2021?

Hello moneyexe,

This is as expected as NinjaTrader time stamps its price bars with the closing time. The 15 minute bar that is time stamped as 8:45:00 contains data between 8:30:00 and 8:44:59. Please see the link below.

Bar Time Stamp
NinjaTrader stamps a bar with the closing time of the bar. For example, a minute bar with a time of 9:31:00 AM has data from 9:30:00 AM through 9:30:59 AM. Using end of bar time stamps is required in order to be able to plot multiple series of differing time frames within a single chart all accurately synchronized to time.
