Charts not updating

    Charts not updating

    Hello my charts have not been updated since early morning on December 17th. My connection is good and I've made sure the end date is set to the current day. I'm not sure what else I need to do I would appreciate some help. Thank you

      I suspect the solution was to roll over to current contracts since many December contracts expired Friday. For other's reference, please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:
      • Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
      • Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
      • Close this window when this process completes.
