    NT8 doesn't start

    Hi,

    My name is David and I've already installed Windows 11 and Ninjatrader 8. Clean install.

    Then I installed Ninjatrader and I tried to open. It crash. No errors.

    I tried with safe mode and neither. I don't have antivirus and I tried to disable the firewall as well.

    Log file is telling me this:

    2021-12-18 20:33:35:011|2|4|Session Break (Version 8.0.25.0)
    2021-12-18 20:33:36:705|1|4|Verifying license at primary server...
    2021-12-18 20:33:37:010|1|4|Verifying license at secondary server...

    Anyway I attach a capture of this and the log file (folder trace don't have anything inside).

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3405195 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

        Thank you for your reply.
        You can also send these files manually,

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email. Put '3405195 - Att Shawn', in the subject field
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Solved.

          I updated windows 11 with the preview update (insider program) and it works.

            The problem was the Framework 4.8.
