No records imported when transferring data from NT7 to NT8

Hi,

I cannot export data from NT7 to NT8. Following the instructions in this post: https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...rom-nt7-to-nt8 I get a "0 records imported" message. Data is in tick format and the instrument is EURUSD.

Does this occur during the first-time launch of NinjaTrader 8, e.g. after a full reinstallation?

If so, I would like to take a look at NinjaTrader 8's log & trace files, as they should have recorded exactly why this occurred.
