It seems if you have a live nt brokerage account and a live rithmic (topstep) account both connected, although chart trader etc can route orders to both, one or some of the accounts do not show. In this case, another nt brokerage account should be showing. Orders can in fact be placed via it, but it does not show in the accounts tab. Bug? NT8 ver 8.0.25.0 64-bit

Hi,

From your screenshot, it does not look like your NinjaTrader Continuum connection is active, or the account would show in the Control Center > Accounts tab. Just to confirm, do you see that both your NinjaTrader Continuum and Rithmic accounts are connected from the Control Center > Connections drop-down with a green dot next to their names?

Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post. In your response, please also include 'ATTN Justin' in the subject line so it arrives in my inbox.
Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

This is an issue for weeks now. I am unable to resolve it. Chart accounts and main accounts display different accounts.
Positions are not visible at all yet they are on the Chart screen.
The whole experience look very buggy.
Not to tell the /NQ MAR24 is not loading at all displaying "Unhandled Exception. Exception was thrown by target of invocation".

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
